Following the unfortunate collapse of the building, we were brought in to help envision its potential future through a series of detailed architectural renderings. Our team worked closely with stakeholders to develop a visual concept that honored the character of the original structure while exploring opportunities for modern redevelopment. These renderings served as a powerful tool to communicate possibilities, spark interest, and guide early conversations around rebuilding. By illustrating what the site could become, we helped shift the narrative from loss to opportunity—laying the groundwork for a fresh start and a renewed presence within the community.
