The client approached us with the goal of revitalizing an existing commercial property through strategic architectural interventions. The primary objectives were twofold: to renew the building’s exterior identity through updated façade signage, and—more significantly—to reconfigure the interior layout to better serve current operational needs.
Our design focused on enhancing visibility and street presence while creating a more efficient and inviting interior environment. By rethinking spatial organization, circulation, and programming, we transformed the outdated layout into a cohesive and flexible plan tailored to the client’s evolving functions.
This project reflects our approach to adaptive reuse: elevating existing structures through thoughtful updates that balance identity, functionality, and longevity.
