We re-designed a Class-B office tower into a luxury condominium in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Working closely with the owner, we redesigned the aging brick façade into an elegant Jura limestone exterior, while preserving the Art Deco essence of the original design. Additionally, we conceptualized and designed three new amenity floors atop the building, featuring an infinity pool, gym, squash court, cinema, lounge, outdoor terraces, and more.
