Located in a small lot within the design district of NoMad the proposed building is 24 stories with 49 apartments and retail space on the ground floor. Floor plans were maximized to accommodate 2 elevators and allow for spacious One and Two Bedroom apartments. The facade design is a response to the refracted reflections of neighboring buildings in the new cold glass towers currently dominating the landscape.

An additional 20% bonus was applied through HPD's Inclusionary Housing Program allowing an increase in height and floor area. Amenities include a roof terrace on the 9th floor and upper roof.
